During soldering in N2 environment the hot gas around the soldering tip preheats the connection to be soldered/desoldered. This allows for tip temperature selection similar to that for eutectic solder. Also, gas preheat reduces solder melting time and solder splashing. Nitrogen preheat reduces oxidation, improves solder wetting and extends soldering tip life. RX-711ASPH is a small foot print yet high capacity soldering station. With a wide variety of tips it offers excellent cost performance ratio. The highly dependable insulated transformer provides 24V output for the soldering unit and assures safe soldering. The RX-711 Model has a variable temperature setting range from 200oC to 480oC shown on a digital display. The iron Handpiece is small and light weight. Silicone rubber grip assures comfort and reduces fatigue during consecutive soldering. |

- EASY TO USE
The soldering Handpiece is balanced to assure comfortable operation. The heater assembly is connectorized, replacement is simple and easy. - HIGH INSULATION, HIGHLY RELIABLE 24V OUTPUT
The heater is completely isolated from the input power by the transformer. This assures that the operator will be safe from electrical shock. As the heater voltage is only 24V, precision electronic components can be soldered safely. The insulation resistance between the tip and the power cord plug is over 1000MW (480oC 500V DC). - LEAKAGE IS GREATLY REDUCED BY PROPER GROUNDING
The grounded tip along with the grounded plug ensures that precision components are safe from damage caused by leakage voltage when plugged into a properly grounded outlet. - COMPLIANCE WITH ISO 9000
The protective cover secured with a screw prevents any accidental temperature and other setting changes.

OUTPUT CONTROLLER NC-10 Series
Allows the airflow controlled to be close by and can be stacked with RX- 711AS PH (control unit) to save space. The NC-10, NC-10S and NC-10F models control airflow supplied from an external compressor or gas server. The model NC-15 with a built-in type the compressor allows internal air pre-heating.
